Refund & Return Policy

At Actively Healing, each item is handcrafted and created with intention. For hygiene and energetic reasons, we do not accept returns for refunds.

We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery if:

• the item is unused
• the item is in original condition
• the customer contacts us first

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item.

Due to hygiene and energetic integrity, the following cannot be returned:

• waist beads
• custom pieces
• spiritual tools
• worn jewelry

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
